Ordering policies
Same-day delivery is available Monday–Friday when you order by 4:00 PM. Orders after the cutoff move to the next delivery day.
Pickup in Arlington / Grand Prairie is free and by appointment. We'll confirm your pickup window by text or email.
Scheduled delivery can be booked up to 60 days ahead. We deliver in a window, not at an exact minute — typically 10 AM–2 PM or 2 PM–7 PM.
Holiday weeks (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Día de las Madres) have earlier cutoffs and limited same-day slots. Order early.
If no one is home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded, safe spot and text a photo. Business and hospital deliveries are left at the front desk.
Flowers are seasonal. If a stem isn't available at the quality we want, we substitute with something equal or better in the same palette and let you know.
Custom orders are confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due before delivery.
